The name of HOLY FAMILY was given to the Association in order to remind all who form part of it that Jesus, Mary and Joseph are set before them as models, in the virtues of the hidden life as well as in the works of the active life.
Christmas and Feast of the Holy Family  The name of HOLY FAMILY was given to the Association in order to remind all who form part of it that Jesus, Mary and Joseph are set before them as models, in the virtues of the hidden life as well as in the works of the active life. Though the Holy Family seemed no different from the other families of Israel, it had nevertheless the mission of bringing back, or guiding others on the road to Heaven. Members of the Association too must work for the relief of their brothers and sisters, without any need to depart from the way open to all disciples of Jesus Christ, whatever the degree of perfection they may be aiming at themselves.
